Howdy all! I guess I can make this my intro post. I bought myself an 08 V8 Vantage Roadster for my birthday/Christmas. I'd wanted one since high school, and was finally able to make it happen! It's Stratus White with a black top and solid black interior. Here are some quickie photos I took a few days after I got it:

My 2012 Virage
I am so happy to become a part of this AM community. I am the proud new owner of the gorgeous Virage sold by LRDOG which I an sure most have seen on this thread. I just received the car yesterday and now I have to wait for the weather to get better here in Chicago so I can start to enjoy the car. I want to thank LRDOG for all the beautiful work he did to this car. It is nicer then any new car you buy and the car is absolutely perfect like new with only 1510 miles.
More to come once I start to enjoy it.

Grille and lipstick mods
Great look, been tempted to "open" up the texture on my 07 but lacked the courage. Tell us, what materials did you use? How did you settle on the new blade count? Is the lipstick tape? Can you show a full frontal view?

I used 3M 1080 car wrap.
Any wrap place can easily create the design.
I used to have my Maserati fully wrap matte black and no issues for 4+ yrs.
I took out every other slats starting from top.
Then wrapped the slats with Carbon Fiber.
This is still work in progress.
K&N filter went in, Harris Signature cats, Fuse 22.
Waiting for CF bits.
Any wrap place can easily create the design.

More carbon Fibre wrap will line the red lipstick to create Carbon fiber pinstripe and make lipstick thinner.
Carbon fiber roof and rear outline area.
carbon splitter and rear kamm to be ordered.
