squeaky noise ftom under hood!!! V8 vantage
Just make sure the o-ring is only thing leaking and not the Y-joint seal (where the head/timing cover/engine block all meet together.) look at the top-outward most 8mm head bolt of the timing cover for both banks, if they're soaked in engine oil..Y-joint seal is leaking also, replacing only the belt will be just a temp solution, noise will come back due to contamination of oil from the leaking Y-joint seal

Look at the lower idler pulley(drivers side)..there is an old version and new version of idler pulley. Most of all 4.3L's had the old style round edged pulley. The new style has walls on the pulley to align the belt better for the next pulley in-line to come. If engine squeaked on a cold start and noise went away when warm...9/10 the engine still had the old style idler pulley, fix would be the new idler pulley (standard on 4.7L) and new belt for the new spec pulley..
If the belt squeaked when cold..and did not go away when warm, either belt has coolant or engine oil on it..trace the leak and fix..then replace the belt and idler pulley if it's stil lthe old style...9/10 if this was the case, air/oil seperater was leaking from the o-ring(AD23-3B9623-AA), replace o-ring to delete the concern and wash engine with belt off..dry everything and then fit the new belt and new pulley
Newer belt for newer pulley: 9G33-8620-AA
Newer idler pulley: 9G33-19A216-AA

No idea who makes an aftermarket substitute. V12 has 2x smooth pulleys + 1x v-grooved + 1x tensioner. The pulleys are around 30usd each, tensioner in range of 100usd and belt around 80usd. Whether it be a 2001 V12 Vanquish or 2009 V12 DB9, same parts..
However, there's no reason change the pulleys on a V12 unless faulty, just change the belt...

I have grinding nose coming from front of the car when in park mode but goes away when drive mode. I thought I would replace the pulleys and belt but may be I will try the belt first.
