Hey, does anybody know of a company that is capable of reproducing a Vantage HAMANN rear spoiler (for cheaper than what they're offering it?). $4k for the CF version seems extremely excessive, considering how cheap my GTR CF wing was. Fiberglass is even $2.4k, which still seems high, although a good alternative if I can't seem to find anybody that can make it.

If it helps, I'm in SoCal and would prefer someone local for easy pick up, but willing to work with any company if they can cut me a good deal.

For reference:

Try Aria Group in Irvine, they mainly build concept cars for most of the design studios in LA and Orange County, but they also do quite a bit of custom carbon fiber and composit work. Cheers!

If you want to install something like that, study up on the underside support before simply drilling and installing. Large wing type spoilers like that will slow your car's top speed by about 5 to 7 mph and exert considerable stress on the deck lid, that may cause it to deform and damage the mounting area. Often you need a brace system underneath to prevent that...check with he original maker to see if they make a bracing support underneath and if they believe it necessary.

If the wing really works at speed, you should also install a comparable front splitter to keep the front end from going light. Personally I think you will really hurt the resale by installing one of those but hey....different strokes n' All. But they do affect handling and performance, they're not just cosmetic.

Meh. I'd rather have the V12V/V8VS ducktail than this wing.
