Second run of Catch Cans, with improvements!
Thanks for the prompt payments I've received so far!
Yesterday I took some measurements for how the catch can needs to be customized. This afternoon I'll be sketching the design and sending it to the manufacturer.
The bracket being used as a template will be arriving to the manufacturer today, so hopefully that will have a quick turnaround.
Updated original post.

Quick update:
I got the prototype brackets on Friday. Fitment is spot-on, and they're nicer than the originals.
Just sent the customization details for the catch cans, so I'm sure I'll hear back from them tomorrow.
Still one kit left!

I sent the payment in yesterday for the batch of catch cans and mounting brackets, and I'm sourcing the nuts/bolts from those same guys. They said it'll take about a week to manufacture them.
I ordered the one extra catch can in brushed finish. If someone buys it before it's made and wants wrinkle black, I'll contact the manufacturer and see if they can change the finish. Otherwise, it still looks great in the engine bay and would be easier to custom-finish than wrinkle black would be.
Forgot to mention that when I test-fitted the prototype mounting bracket the other day, I also emptied my catch can. 1/4 cup of oil (2 oz) came out. If you want a visual of how much that is, grab a measuring cup from your kitchen. It isn't a catastrophic amount, but it's still considerable.

I was hoping nobody would ask but knew it'd come up
I took a mental note of the then-current miles and date last time I emptied it and meant to write it down somewhere, then promptly forgot.
I think it has been about 2-3 months since I last emptied it, and probably between one or two thousand miles. I just made another mental note to check and jot down my mileage when I get home (not driving the car today so I can't do it right now) so hopefully I'll have the info for the next time I empty it.
The process is extremely easy, though: unbolt can from bracket, disconnect hose quick-releases, pull out can, drain, put back in place, snap in hoses, bolt can back onto bracket. Takes a total of just five minutes.
Speaking of unbolting, I've been using only one bolt to keep the catch can attached to the mounting bracket for a while now to see if anything would break. So far no issues, including a lot of very spirited driving and a track day at Summit Point. I'm really happy with the build quality.

Quick heads up for everyone waiting on their kit: I'm expecting the catch cans to arrive in the next few days. I'm still waiting for the hoses from AM as well. I'll be going into surgery on Friday but I should have a quick recovery time so if everything arrives at the end of the week, there will be a slight delay for a few days whilst I float about on a fluffy cloud of vicodin.
Still recovering from surgery but a nice package arrived today with the hose connectors from AM! Gotta love having our own OEM parts supplier on here that I can shoot an email to and know he'll take care of the rest. Thanks, Stuart! Just waiting on the catch cans and mounting brackets to arrive
Btw, still have one kit left. It will be in brushed aluminum. Looks awesome in the engine bay or can probably be refinished for a custom look pretty easily (which is why I chose this finish for the extra kit).

Catch cans and brackets have arrived! But... the nuts and bolts didn't come with them. I'll be getting that sorted out and, in the meantime, getting the rest of the kits put together and prepped for shipping!
I installed one of the kits on my car reusing my hardware with the new catch can, and a whole new kit on my local buddy's car (he bought a kit as well). It took about 20 minutes (maybe less?) per car doing it from scratch - cutting hoses to length, checking and rechecking. Take that with a grain of salt since I've done it several times. But that was at a very casual pace while explaining each bit. He's a lurker on here so maybe he'll chime in and correct me if I'm wrong
For everyone else, that will be a much quicker time since hoses and connectors will be ready to go for you.
I'm VERY happy with the new catch cans. The angled outlet gives a natural curve for the hose going to the intake manifold, which improves the overall look of the kit (an Aston Martin tech told me that my original kit looked OEM, and the new kit is even better!). It isn't a huge change, but I'm very picky about things like that and the improvement definitely makes me happy
Sent!
This was the last kit, so... I'm all out! If there is still interest in another run of kits, please say so. But, I probably won't be doing the next one (might be involved). Stay tuned

And a couple quick picks of the new setup. Notice the lack of fittings and how the upper hose is angled to allow a sweeping curve to the intake manifold

In this pic you can see that my catch can is attached to the mounting bracket by only a single bolt. I've been doing this for a while, including track days, to see if anything would fail. After NCCAR, Summit Point, and a couple thousand miles of hooliganism... nope, still good!
