Read the article the other day and I agree wholeheartedly. Ironically enough, the platform has become so unashamedly old school that its charm has actually added to its appeal. I cannot thing of another car on sale today that is this analogue and old school. And now that they are being banned form importation in September, this may be the last time to finally get the last of the true old school Astons before the AMG astons arrive in 2017.

 

Agreed. Something I try to explain to people when we talk about cars is how good the thing feels to drive. It's so mechanical that you feel everything, in a good way. There really aren't any other cars of this caliber that can claim that anymore.

 

Are we 100% sure no more coupes will be allowed after September?

 

Not 100% sure.

 

What we know is that they need a special exemption and we haven't heard that they've gotten it yet. Doesn't mean it won't happen.
