Some random questions
Just thinking aloud after nearly a month of ownership...
1. Why doesn't everyone list their current/past AMs in their signature? I find it a really useful reference that tells me about the owner and where they're coming from.
2. Why are there so few roadsters here compared to coupes? It can't be the small extra cost of the roadster because we're all stinkin rich anyway
So why do only a small proportion of owners prefer soft tops?
3. Why can't I find much reference to the perfection of the stainless oil filler cap and dipstick on the V8V? This has to be the most beautifully engineered piece of machinery I've seen anywhere. It deserves its own forum.
Just curious.

2 consensus is the couple looks better (I agree and have had two roadster) BUT the overall experience is better in a roadster IMHO (more sound, more to see, smells etc) Only ever had favourable comments by people as we drive by with the roof down
3 take a closer look at upper the seat belt guides
Karl how the hell can you claim to be an introvert with a green and yellow Aston with a loud exhaust
Do understand, however, that being introverted and being shy are two completely different things and I'm not very shy. That being said, it is part of the reason that I got my windows tinted.
Do you find the DB9 to be much less sporty or no difference for spirited street driving? I periodically think about switching to a DB9 so that I can take more of the family along for the ride, just worried it might be too gentlemanly.

As far as taking passengers, that's a tall order. It's not a pleasant experience for anyone with legs in the back.
Love the look of yours (obvious reasons). One of my main objectives is to have an option for top down motoring. It looks best with the top down and is very hard to see out of with it up. When I first got the car and removed fuse 22 and had the top down, I had the biggest smile of my life. The feel of a hand built car is hard to beat and the little nuances in this car are icing on the cake.
