Yes my insurance will cover it, I can,t help but feel the price is unjustified.
FYI I had a local windshield glass shop fix the chip with resin after I signed a release that they would not be responsible for any damages

I see you've had Jaguars, as have I. Welcome to the world of REAL high prices for parts/labor. Jaguars are dirt cheap by comparison, so hold on to your hat, you're in for a wild ride (and not in a good way....).
