Stewart Gallager is infamous around these parts
I used aftermarket Coil packs 4G43-12A366AA. Found them on Ebay, all 12 for a little of $250.00 Exactly the same except springs n the boots are shorter, remove your Aston springs, by removing the boots, gently pull the spring base and the coil pack end, while wigging it, The springs are installed into to coilpacks on a flat bar that fits inside the springs, reuse the aftermarket or original boots, Be careful not to pull the springs longer, when your finished, they should be just inside the boot hole, almost even with the end of the boot

Did you manage to develop the coil packs in the end Stuart?

Funny this topic should come up today. I just got off the phone with NGK and they said they were the original coil pack supplier for AM. That’s the good news. The bad news is they can only sell to dealers and such. Not to the public. Some type of contract with AM. I could not even get a part number or a price. They may be true but that was what I was told.

Nope, all the companies we approached with all the tech data lost interest. Too small a market I expect.

The NGK 2-pin coil (you'll need to swap the boot over) is NGK 48678 aka U5031.

You can find it here: https://www.ngk.com/ngk-48678-u5031-ignition-coil

FIgured I'd post as it's also currently on sale from NGK.com for $36, and $34 if you buy 4+ and comes with a 3yr warranty

Another high quality replacement is Hitachi IGC0109 , which is pretty cheap on RockAuto $26 NGKf $3648678NGK 48678

Which are the 3-pin ones from NGK? Can you please post?
