O2 Sensors going bad

2015 DB9 ... two of the O2 sensors went bad. AM Service replaced all 4 sensors basing on a SB. Within a week, one of the sensor went bad again. Is this common for AM ? I am not a tech. But are they easily replaceable ?

Maybe they are just installing O2 sensors because of the codes stored instead of looking for other possible causes. 1 bad sensor doesn't automatically get 4 replaced.

Thanks for your reply. I agree with you. I have scheduled an appointment and will ask them to find root cause of the issue.

Make sure the engine oil isn't overfull. Middle of safe range is best. Engine oil level too high will flag 02 sensor codes on the V12.

From a source, there was a large bad batch of these sensors...just supplier is stating sensors are good, yet they've been faulting on anything from V8's to V12's..

Aston is double checking cars with issues to correct oil levels, a large majority of the cars checked had oil level slightly over filled and the newer V12 is fussy...

So Aston needed to clear the oil level issue..now there replacing sensors to clear the batch Aston believes is bad. I wouldn't be surprised if soon the supplier either changes the design or Aston releases a pcm software update...

Thanks for the info. This issue started after 10K mile service. I will bring this up during my appointment.

Another 2 attempts ... when I took my DB9 for service, CEL is off. They replaced a sticky vapor management valve hoping that would fix it. Two days later, CEL turned on again. This time .. it seems AM said bad batch of sensors from their supplier and replaced all 4 sensors in the rear. It has been just 2 days. I have to wait and see if that fixed the issue. Very frustrating.
