Nav screen moves

When the nav screen closes it actually moves in relationship to the "door" that it's attached to. Essentially it does not stay firmly attached to the door as it closes. Is this normal?

That's cause the door is attached somewhat loosely to the screen, not the other way around, so each moves independently of the other on its own hinge.
