So I live in Illinois, the state that loves to nickel and dime people but still spend more than it makes. As such, I bought this front plate bracket from Amazon. I'm here to warn potential buyers that, while it will mount a front plate to your Vantage, it will also interfere with your parking sensors, no matter how it is positioned.


When I contacted EOS about it, they were helpful (and offered a refund), but said that their supplier tested it and confirmed that it works fine with the sensors if you mount the plate as high up as possible.


I'll be either modifying the existing bracket or creating a new one with the hope that it'll remedy the issue--I believe that if the plate were an inch or two closer to the body of the car, it would be close enough where the sensor wouldn't alert. I'll post back if I find a solution.

P.S. I don't plan to actually use this unless I start getting pulled over for no front plate. In my life, I have been stopped and ticketed twice for it, but it's been two years since the last time... we'll see if the flashier car increases the frequency of it.
