Vantage parts for DB9

Vantage parts for DB9
Does anyone know if Vantage parts are interchangeable with a DB9? I was wondering on specifically the inner door handles and the wooden trim panels that fit on the doors and over the Nav Unit in the center council. Thanks!

It appears the inside door handles are interchangeable. See this link:
