I was going to order some parts from them and their website charges the VAT to US customers, I emailed them and asked them about this and I hope they will remove the tax.
Has anybody else had this issue with them?

I am trying to order from them because they are about 30-35% cheaper than HWM and they ship by ground and not by air which Scuderia does.

 

How do they ship by ground? Everything from the UK is via Air unless put on a slow boat to China.

 

Ok, just got it straightened out, their website kept setting me to UK when I went through their Fast checkout, once I regeistered my country was set to US and the VAT was subtracted.

Shipping is via ground and it was 44 GBP for shipping a drivers side window regulator to me.

Total price was $344 US shipped to me, a LOT less then anyone else.

I would put marks or tape on your window as it sits at moment because its a PIA to refit window correctly when you change out window motor mechanism

 

As far as shipping goes, they shipped Friday and according to DHL the package is out for delivery.
So for a recap:
Price is cheaper than anywhere I found
Shipping was pretty cheap, especially compared to Scuderia

So from now on, Nicholas Mee gets my business for oem AM parts
