Carbon fiber wrapped vinyl grill

I'm sure it's been done plenty, but I thought I'd share my results. Click image for larger version

Looks really good! Did you have to remove each slat first?

Removed grill and did each slat separate. I think it came out pretty cool for $40 bucks of vinyl and some patients. We'll see if it holds up but is easily reversible.

I actually like the metal grills better and if anyone wants to trade a silver grill (newer 6 slat) for mine off my GT, I'd consider it.

Looks good. Surprised it doesn't look darker, but may just be the lighting of the pic. I want to blackout my grill as well. I tried some matte black vinyl on the side strakes, but I didn't like the look. Maybe carbon wrap would look better.

The vinyl was anthracite carbon fiber so it is a dark grey color
