I was looking at some aftermarket wheels and noticed that a few had setup 19" in front and 20" in the rear and even 20" front and 21" rear... I was wondering if anyone tried that on their Aston Martin before and if so is it the front or the rear that the speedo uses for accuracy. Don't think it would be a good setup for track use but for regular driving??? Thanks
The speedo is only really going to be affected by the overall tire diameter. The speed sensors are in the front, so that's where it'll matter most. I don't think I've heard of anyone doing a larger diameter wheel on an Aston before.

Ditto.
Also, since I hadn't heard of anyone doing a larger diameter on the rear, I checked my system and I don't have a single Aston Martin with a rear wheel with a +1 on the diameter as compared to the front. Most orders I see are 20", a few 21", and a few 19", but primarily 20" just in case anyone was curious.

Yep. So if you go with a larger diameter wheel, just get a lower profile tire (if possible). Here's a website to help you determine speedo error after a tire size change: http://www.willtheyfit.com/

Thanks Montana107, love the look... It must have been a misprint on their part as they are a high end wheel company in Europe... I have an email to them and will report back
SheriffDep, I love my Continental right now and was going to go with their new sport tire but I will have to wait and see... Still have to wear down those 19" first :-) only 10,000km on them
