Clear Side Marker Lights

I know the vendor thevcollection has them on their web site but they have been out of stock for quite a long time. I'm trying to deal with a manufacturer to make a small run of them. If you are interested please let me know. The more we order the lower the price would be.

I'd be in for a competitively priced set.

Same here. Interested.

I remember reading a thread before and someone mentioned it was a shared part from a Ford mondeo and there are clear ones available.

Do you know if that's truly the case?

If you are talking about the round ones it was the Ford Puma/transit side markers. These were the ones people had picked up on PistonHeads. Easy to find online for cheap. There are some cool aftermarket options out of Europe that are smoked too.

Reference OE / OEM Number
9T16-13K376-AA

Other Part Number
4972773

Edit...

If these are the rectangular ones ...I'm in on a set if they get made.

I'd be interested in a pair for the front of my V12V.

The rectangle ones on the front and rear bumper covers are available on ebay.. I've bought them there for both my db9 as well as more recently for my dbs. I think they're significantly less money than the V Collection stuff as well.. Again, assuming you're talking about the rectangle marker lights. The ebay units are led clear and look really good.. Many forum members have bought these and everyone seems really happy with their overall appearance.

If these are the lights you're talking about.. Please let me know and I'll find them on ebay and post the link.

I've seen the black ones with LEDs on ebay, but not clear ones that match the tail lights.

Thanks Svre for the part number for the round side marker.

I must've misunderstood the part we're discussing. I already have the long rectangular side marker. Got mine from eBay. Here's a pic.

I just heard back from the manufacturer. They can make a set clear lens with a white body. I would need to order a minimum of ten pairs. I would also need to send them the four oem markers so they can use them as a model. If you are interested please let me know. We can use an amber bulb for the front and a red bulb for the rear markers. The more sets we order the less they will cost. To do both the front and rear you would need two pairs. If anyone has some oem markers that I could send to the for modeling please let me know.

I don't have any oem markers I could lend out, but I'm still interested... what's the high-end price, assuming only a few are ordered?

I turned this project to Rich at Redpants.lol
He has the experience of dealing with vendors and having new products made.
It looks like they should be able to make them at a reasonable cost.
So if you are interested contact Rich.

Doing front and rear corner markers for sure. Going to see about the side repeaters (the round ones in the front fenders) and the rear reflectors as well.

So long as the cost estimate stays the same, the corner markers should be about the same price as the eBay ones. No info yet on the side repeaters or reflectors but I'll update as soon as possible!
