Go to Aston 1936. Com videos there on how to remove dash panels...i had one section fixed by my upholstery guy for $40. he stretched it s bit back into shape and reglued with a stronger, less earth friendly adhesive... i bought some replacement factory leather from Redpants to do a better repair but did far it's looks great like it is.

I forgot he had all those great DIY videos up.

The "local" shop that does most of the work for FCKAM said he could get it all stretched back and whatever wouldn't he could recover, I just needed to take the drive up for a quote and see how long he wants to keep the car. He's about 20 miles from my distributor but I haven't taken the car up there in months. After watching the videos I'd rather pull it apart and just take him the panels instead of leaving the car.

after watching videos, i took panels off in about 10 minutes... cracked one clip on the panel next to the windshield. Superglued it back on no problem

What they also need is seat bolster protectors as the Aston leather scuffs so easily - I believe there are covers for Porsche seats, but not Astons.

I've gotten very good at this one! Everytime I get out of the car I put the seat all the way back to avoid scuffing the seat bolster. Next thing is to research custom seat covers.

Next thing to check is how to replace the motor in the seat from moving it back and forth every time you get in and out
