Passenger seat heater and lumbar won’t work

Passenger seat heater and lumbar won’t work

Anyone know how to fix this? I can’t get the seat heater and lumbar to work on the passenger side. I accessed the cabin fuse box and took out fuse 61 and 84. They both look ok. Any help would be much appreciated. I have a 2010 Vantage for reference. Thanks.
