Rapide S is infamous around these parts
Unhappy My Gearbox don't want to downshift when I break..

I had a 2014 Rapide S with Touchtronic 2 transmission(same with DB9). Own that car for almost 1 year and I feel like my gearbox sometimes don't like to do downshift in normal mode(not in sport mode), even when I break my car to low speed(25-35) it sometimes still stay at 6th gear. That makes my car brake distance extend A LOT because I am not able to get break from the gearbox which is soooo annoying. Does anyone have same problem with me? Do I have to change transmission oil for make it better? My car is currently 36K miles. Thank you guys so much!

Not heard of this particular issue; however, if your really 19 yrs old and own a 14' Rapide S, then take to dealer and have them check it out. Wouldn't hurt to do a transmission fluid change either.

Thanks for your reply, this is not a emergency so I probably won't take my car to dealer and pay insane inspection fee for them. Actually, I only take my car to dealer one time since I bought my car from a private owner and they quote me $1400 for service so I decide to everything with myself (if I could).
