Yes, negative terminal.

The Negative (aka ground) is always disconnected first in DC voltage circuits. This avoids any chance of arcing with chassis..

​​​​​​​Thanks for that, did the window reset on all windows straight after the battery disconnect and everythings fine, door now closes properly. Your a legend cheers pal.

I’m having the same issue as you. My rear passenger headrest is not latching, the seat release button is lit up and my cord is not retracting. How did you take the seat apart to get the cord to go back in? I’ve tried tugging it numerous times from different angles and it’s not retracting. Thanks!

I took off the bottom seat cushion and was able to realign the manual release cord which fixed the latching.
