Difficulty Removing Undertray (Vantage)

Am trying to remove the rear undertray on a 2007 Vantage. The Torx screws seem to be seized and are stripping. Anyone have any tips or tricks for getting them out?

TIA

Is the black rubber head of the torx screw still staying fixed with the metal torx head? Could you just use a vice grips to spin the screw? You'll presumably be replacing the torx screws anyway.
