suspension lowering on 2011 V12 question

If this was already discussed I apologize but I find the search options to be cumbersome.

Has anyone here lowered their 2011-2012 V12?

What manufacturer did you use and how did it effect your handling and ride?

I just purchased new Michelin Pilot Sport 4s and now I notice the gap between the tire and body seems more than I'd like. I saw Velocity had some for the V12 and it piqued my interest.

While I'm at it, any input for an after market exhaust will be appreciated.

Thanks,
James

the search function is not THAT cumbersome.

there are so many exhaust options, and the preference for the sound that they each deliver is subject to personal preference.

For a start, check Fabspeed, Quicksilver and VelocityAP.

After looking at those, talk to those manufacturers directly because they are all reputable.

I have H&R Spacers on my 2017 V12S (they were also on my previous 2015 V12S) they make a big enough visual impact difference to keep the stock wheels which I like.

As far as lowering springs, I'd check out the VelocityAP set.

We offer a Secondary Catbypass X-Pipe which is a direct bolt-on replacement that provides a more aggressive but not overbearing exhaust note with power/tq gains and no CELs. Backed by a full lifetime warranty including track use.

do you have an option to get this F1 high pitch out of the V12?

I was lowered on H&R springs that were made for the V8V and had a shop make custom spaces that sat on top of the spring perches of the shocks.

Beautiful. How much did that drop your car.
I found some springs that lower about 1 inch. I’m concerned with scraping the front lip.
Is it a big hassle?
