Has anyone powder coated/painted their intake runners? I've got mine off and was contemplating running them out to a PC shop. Ferrari red seems a bit much, but was wondering if there is a color used in any of the AMs? In the DB9 they are plain aluminum.

AM uses black.

 

DBS is a fashionable white, less heat than the black.

Never had an issue with the Pladstidip I used for the red as far as being affected by the underwood heat. Just had to polish out the manifolds a couple times a year. I did cover them from under the bonnet when I washed the car so water wouldn't drip on them through the vents. Definitely 1 of 1. Sold the car a little over a year ago.
