2007 V8V Passenger side Window & Trunk don't open after Flat battery & Recharged

I apologize if this is covered somewhere but I couldn't find the exact same case with a search.

I made a mistake to leave the key in the ignition position after clean the interior and got a flat battery.

Jump started Vantage from my GTI and drove to work and recharged the battery by using AGM battery charger and now it is 100% charged and I was going to reset the window dip BUT passenger side window doesn't roll at all although driver side window works. Also tried to use the window switch on the passenger side door, still didn't work.

Since it happened after recharging the battery from a completely flat battery, I assume that the switches are fine.

ALSO, just found out the trunk doesn't open either from the nipple nor button on the center console.

Anyone has experienced the same case? How can I get it fixed? Fuse issues or possible auto fix after a few drives? I also got an emission service required warning sign as well as amber engine check light after flat battery. I hope those signs will go away after a while.

Please let me know if you have any solutions. Thank you very much in advance.

Best Regards,
Jung

You need to try a reset, meaning remove the negative battery cable with ignition off wait 30 sec. And reconnect. Make sure your battery has been tested good or needs replacement.
