Sealing Coolant Reservoir Tank Temporarily

Hi everyone. I've noticed there are a lot of smart Aston owners in this forum so I thought to ask my question here and get started participating in the forums rather than just reading. My coolant reservoir tank on my DB9 is leaking around the joining seal, see video. I've ordered the part among others from AstonMartinBits, but we're at a week after I've paid for my order and it still hasn't shipped. They do this too often. While I wait, is there a product that can handle the high-temps of a coolant tank and engine bay that will seal this leak?

I had the same problem with my tank. I'm not sure I'd attempt a repair. I got the replacement from them. They are pretty reliable and ship DSL. International shipments right now are a little bogged down. You might email them for confirmation and the tracking number.

2020 Aston Martin vantage Coolant reservoir tank Aston Martin leak

Hey guys, my Coolant reservoir tank for my 2020 Aston Martin vantage is leaking, not all the time, do I need to replace or can this be sealed? Left alone? Any help is appreciated.

Guys that did my oil change said I would watch it and maybe change it down the road.
