Help with GPS tacker install

Have to get a GPS Tracker installed for insurance purposes, but need to some help as to how/where to put it. 2009 DBS

The GPS came with a red and black wire, that was it. Has a fuse built into the wire. I'm thinking to install in fuse box via fuse connector. Do I need a standard blade or mini blade fuse connector?

Fuse 19 in the trunk looks to be open, it is always on? Also Is there an accessible ground location there?

No instructions? They usually like it to be a direct battery connection, not switching via ignition. I would be inclined to go-to the battery compartment and mount it there.

I'd look into a battery powered unit like this instead. Single charge will last well over 12-18 months at a time. Also, don't have to worry about adding unnecessary drain on the car battery.
I have one for my motorcycle, fits nice and snug underneath the seat.
