I did a search about 13 pages deep and got a ton of threads on people having trouble with their folding mirrors, but none about this, so I'll apologize if I missed it somewhere.

My door/wing mirrors on each side both jump and stutter as I adjust them. I'm not talking about FOLDING them, but ADJUSTING them.

There is a audible ratcheting sound, and the mirror glass jumps as they move, but they do adjust... eventually.

My guess is that they just need some new/better lubrication, but I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced this and if there is a tutorial for a fix. If not, I'll just pop the glass out and see what I can see.
