Hi all:

When closing up the top today, I noticed that I have a torn gasket on the rear window. It is obviously torn and broken with age. It has also partially come off the window. See attached pictures. Where can I find replacement parts? How does this attach to the window and anything else? Is this a big job or will I have to drop the engine and transmission? Hopefully that location on the lower portion isn't where a mouse chewed on it.....

Probably been dragged off by someone sliding against it getting in or out of the car.

The next question is - how do I replace it? What panels need to come off to replace/repair it?

 

I had two strips replaced at the dealer. I figured the Volante owners are such low numbers out there that there aren't many Volante-specific DIY guides and it's just a wear item. The cost of that amazing open-top cruising!
