bluetooth phone hook up 2007

I have a 2007 V8 Vantage and right now its calling my iphone "phone 4". How do I delete the previously connected phones its recognizing? I cannot figure it out.

Press the phone button on the steering wheel and wait for the voice. Then respond with delete all phones.
