By chance are your VAP springs for sale?

Nope. I ended up buying the 12mm spacer discussed above. I have been busy with a few projects so I have not installed them yet but if all goes to plan I will be keeping the VAP springs.

I put the 12+7 spacers on the front of mine, these moulded spacers aren't super precise on their height, so 12+7 spacers gave me 19.67 height. When fitted, this raised the wheel arch from 665mm off the road, to 686mm, a very useful 21mm of extra clearance.

Acknowledge that measuring ground to wheel arch isn't the best way to assess height, but the car was measured, spacers fitted, car dropped back, then measured, so the 21mm drop is reliable. It has transformed the car, from virtually useless, back to being a car I can drive everyday. We even went on some very poor roads in the Welsh mountains, and the car never grounded. If you've put VelocityAP springs on your 2010 with sports suspension, and it has ruined the car, these spacers are the answer.

Will say that the VelocityAP springs are now very good to drive, they have a suppleness that rides smoothly over minor bumps on the road, but, being variable rate, they firm up as the car rolls under cornering to give a very controlled cornering stance.

I just did the 12mm spacers on the front and im really happy with the results.
Front is a lot more in line with the rear and way more usable. Highly recommend for anyone unhappy with the VAP drop in the front.
