One of my local dealers tells me the new 2021 DB11-Superleggera & Vantage now have Apple CarPlay fitted as standard. Another local dealer says "no". I haven't seen any mention of this in the press, etc...

Someone is not telling the truth. If you want ACP it can be fitted to your car via aftermarket. No extra controls or funky additions. Works well and I know a local guy that does it.

I know about that. It doesn't work on a leased car. My gut was the new cars do not have it installed.

The only current model offered with AppleCarPlay is the DBX.

Yes. I confirmed with the salesman I bought my car from. He did mention a new high powered variant of the Vantage coming very soon.

AM dealer has factory approved CarPlay for DB11 and Vantage now, you may want to call and ask. I saw a dealer add for $1700 installed.

Thanks for the update, thought I would report back to the team what my Los Gatos dealer quoted, "This upgrade is applicable with Aston Martin Model 2019 and newer. The hardware/wire harness require for this upgrade is about $1,900(our cost) before tax. Plus about $1,876.0 in labor to install."

All of a sudden, the $2,700 quote from my local Aston Installations installer is looking like a deal! HA

My 2017 Rapide (AMi III) came with CarPlay and a year later received the Android Auto update. Feels like a regression to make it an upgrade
