I have had three Aston Martins. First was a metallic black 2009 with a Sportshift. Second was a 2008 Green 6spd manual. Third was a gray metallic DB11. I sold my green 08 last June to my youngest son痴 best friend to make room for a Mercedes CLK63 Black Series. I have missed having a Vantage. So yesterday I traded our Mercedes CL600 in at Aston Martin of Orlando on a 2016 V8Vantage GTS with a 6spd manual.
It has 4444 miles on it and was timeless certified.

I didn稚 like the DB11. Everything that made an Aston Martin special was gone. The smell of the leather the fit and finish and the overall quality and the paint all gone. It drove nice and was fast but just not the same. Not a bad car but more of a mass production car, nothing bad just not the same. About as good as a Porsche. Was so happy to find the GTS. I traded in our Mercedes CL 600. I love the interior of our Bentley. I think that the interior of an Aston Martin is as good as a Bentley.
Looks great! Much prefer those wheels instead of the machined face finish that most of them came with.
How does the GTS compare to your tuned 4.3L performance wise?
I haven稚 driven it much, only the hundred miles back from the dealer last Friday. So I can稚 really say. I really liked my 08 green Vantage it was a beautiful car. The 08 had the power pack, 200 cell cats, an X pipe, was dyno tuned by Eurocharge. It made pretty good power.
So far I think this one is going to be a keeper.
Both color combos are perfect, and I'm so envious of that GTS/Vanquish center console, great catch! I kind of wish I had Tungsten Silver instead of Meteorite Silver haha (or better yet, green).
