2009 DB9, strange turn signal issue

Hello!
I have a 2009 DB9 Volante with a strange issue (at least I find it strange) and I'm hoping it's a known issue with a known solution. When I activate either side turn signal, or the hazard lights, The front and rear bulbs illuminate once, go out, and then the flasher relay flashes fast and the dash gives a bulb error message. During this, the side mounted turn signals flash quickly.
To sum up, the 4 corners will only flash once, then the error message is triggered and the side flashers go rather quickly.

Any ideas where I should investigate first?
Thank you.

Check the bulbs and make sure they are all properly seated. Have you verified that the bulbs actually light? If they do, then maybe it is a bad flasher relay. That should be pretty cheap and readily available.

Yes, the bulbs light once. Then the corners stop and the bulb error message appears. The fender mounted lights continue to flash.
Thank you for the suggestion.
