Input on Custom DBX order
Hi all.
I’ve had some great success these past few years and am finally at the place to buy a new car, exactly how I want it.
No sweat over depreciation, resale or maintenance costs.
I just want to pay what it costs to get what I want.
Planning to go into the dealer around May or June to pull the trigger on a custom order DBX.
looking for any input from anyone that has already went through the process.
Hoping to lease a current inventory model while I wait patiently for the build.
currently drive a V8V, Elise and Mercedes SUV, oh and occasionally a Kia Soul. Lol looking to add to the stable

Loved the DBX that I test drove at an Aston event. China Grey, red/black interior, carbon trim would be my choice. I also prefer the base seats without all of the fancy stitching patterns, fits the sportiness better than the weird stitch pattern options.

It took a little more than 5-1/2 months from a locked order to delivery for my DBX to arrive. Take your time choosing your options and then check what’s available from various dealers.

Be sure they send you a paint sample to confirm your color choice (if your paint selection isn't one of the standard colors or is out of range). I forgot to do this and wound up with the correct paint name but the wrong manufacturer's version. Specifically, I ordered a Carbon Black car. After the car was delivered, I realized the color I wanted was BMW's carbon Black which is different than Aston Martin's Carbon black. My mistake so I didn't make an issue of it.

great info! I’ve fallen in love with the Royal Indigo, a Q spec color, but I will ask the rep for more info on a sample

It will also have the pet pack… My dogs clearly need as Aston Martin branded dog bed so they can be comfortable. Lol
