Kind help with "Engine system service Urgent"

New episode of my car doesn't want me to drive her.
2007 manual v8 vantage 100k km
I had changed the whole pedal with 2 new sensors and the codes went away for a small while then came back. They now come back like they used to after driving for 2 mins after every engine start.
I notice the car is very smooth and then suddenly it starts to lurch as if the driver is very bad flooring the accelerator pedal and dumping it, then the codes come.
I do not know the odds that the new pedal from scuderia is faulty.
pins checked out and clear. I don't know if I can gather something from checking the internals of the 2 sensor's boards
Some people online suggested on old forums to change the throttle but that is expensive and does not seem like it.
Interestingly There was a check engine light and a new error message, the infamous check emissions system. When I plugged in the Foxwell no new codes were noticed same old codes.
My guess is indeed it is the steering sensor (as advised by =AZXAr8U5f6sEBVPrdsMuZSJKsPdHAU7tuvapUIxQUSB7lr3H9 pjWr5xtXyMgYzcoUWfMU4AVWqQ_u2oUsqWWgik-3rO-KzEqbBhRcs8gYPyTyIvSDvvITXAI34jS0nTOieUsBxsXMQREm9 acYVKAug8w&__tn__=-]K-R]James Appleby =AZXAr8U5f6sEBVPrdsMuZSJKsPdHAU7tuvapUIxQUSB7lr3H9 pjWr5xtXyMgYzcoUWfMU4AVWqQ_u2oUsqWWgik-3rO-KzEqbBhRcs8gYPyTyIvSDvvITXAI34jS0nTOieUsBxsXMQREm9 acYVKAug8w&__tn__=-]K-R]David Appleby Engineering ) but I am not sure how to get it to.
the other guess is that I had a front left tire speed sensor damage that was fixed by a garage that was around 6 months ago which was 6 months into ownership.
Maybe after a while with rain and heat cycles it messed with the electricity.

The 'high speed can open' error code seems to be telling to me. You may have an issue with a damaged module somewhere which is messing with your canbus network. On your Body OBD port, measure the resistance between pins 6 & 14 (these are the pins from the '11MY wiring diagram at least), these are your high speed can high and low side connections. They should read ~60 ohms (40 if there are 3 branches, but I'm not positive). If it's anything significantly different, you have a module that's broken or loose. From there it's finding the module that's causing the problems, which is basically a game of disconnect and check where you disconnect each module on the network, one at a time, and see if the problems go away.

Pins 6 & 14 are the ones you're looking for on the body OBD port.

When is the last time that the battery was changed? When many electrical faults show up at the same time, it may point to a batter that is not functioning as the car is expected. I'd also start looking for bad grounds.

Battery was changed in 2020/2/2 on 90k km. driven sometimes daily but no less than at least once in a month.
