Just Installed new Gearbox and car stalled V8V

Hi all,
just installed my new gearbox in my 09 Vantage. Car drove great for 50 miles then stalled once. Could this mean something wrong with installation of clutch?

it is also important to note at the time I had a ‘emission System Service CEL’ on due to pushing the car with new GT4 air box deletes.

is there any special way to start the life of a new AUTO gearbox?

thanks!

I don't understand how pushing a car can trigger the cel or how the airboxes are related at all. Does your car currently have any codes?

I doubt you have a transmission problem at all. You have 3 codes indicating intake pressure and lean burn conditions exist and the P1000 means the system hasn't run long enough to provide all codes. Check for vacuum leaks and sensor issues. Other members have posted on each of these codes in the past.

When you say gearbox and clutch, with either of these replaced the transmission needs to have adaptions cleared with a factory computer. Was the flywheel replaced also? The misfire corrections need cleared and a relearn also. In addition to diagnosing your lean running condition P0171/P0174. And throttle correlation as stated above.

thanks that’s a good tip. My guess is ECU learning the new GT4 Intake. Once I cleared it did not come back. I am confused why car stalled though, I don’t think MAF CEL could trigger this?

I had gearbox, clutch and Fly replaced at a local workshop, they have a scanner but definitely no factory computer. They thought that the “clutch Learn” is enough. The car seems to shift great but it stalled once when the MAF CEL Codes came up. I have driven the car 100 miles in total and that was only time it stalled. Just trying to figure out why?
