Fuel Pumps on Aston Martin Fail Simultaneously

Hello everyone, seeking some help as have stumped even Aston mechanic lol…2013 db9 Volante. 41k miles. Recently, when temp is freezing or below, she will go to engine safe mode, then check fuel system, then engine stall! Tech Was able to catch this happen live while connected to the machines and Fuel pumps lose pressure. Down to 9 vs 50. Can watch lose pressure at exact same time we watch pressure go down - drivers commanding pumps on at 75% Pumps seemingly not responding to commands given by the fuel pump controller which is telling them to get going (Until turn off and on then acts right). Why arent fuels pumps responding like they shld be - same exact time same exact failure - cld it really be the two pumps at same time? Found loose ground wires from the fuel pump controller and tightened and thought that was it, but 3 days later when was 31 degrees F she died again. Anyone experience this or heard of anything like this? In warmth she drives great!
