im just full of questions today , where is the receiver for the tow hook /, i found something on the pass side next to the prkg sensor but there seems to be a cap on it and not sure how to get it off , any help appreciated

 

Should be a large hole in the lower mesh grill. If there is something in thre it's not OEM. Perhaps if it's a plastic or rubber piece you could get aggressive on removing it? The other less known recovery point is behind the rear license plate if you want to check toe eye fitting.
