DB9 Oil Drain Plug Size & Thread?

Does anyone know the size and thread of a Gen 1 DB9 oil drain plug? I believe the DBS, V12V, and Vanq2 also use the same plug. I threaded mine into one of those metric thread identifier devices at my local hardware store and it screwed into the 12mm x 1.75/coarse fitting, but it felt a bit sloppy. Anyone know for sure?
Thanks!

12x1.75mm is correct your local hardware store has probably been used frequently. FORD based drain plug can be purchased at many locations

The drain plug threads on my 2009 V8 Vantage are 14 x 1.5. The drain plugs are identical to the ones used on the 2002/2011 Ford Fusion.

Thanks, GWP.
This is just to emphasize to owners that the drain plugs for the V8V and V12 are different. As J doubleU noted, the V12 plug thread is 12mm x 1.75.
