DB9 Cooling Fans/Controller

DB9 Cooling Fans/Controller
Well....the elusive fan issue has struck my DB9. Driving to the golf course I noticed my temp gauge creeping up. Pulled over 2 blocks away from the club and sure enough, it was on its way to overheating. Immediately noticed that the fans were not running. The fans have been acting "weird" lately. By that, I mean they run at odd times and I've noticed that they sound like they have lost their lubrication. (a little noisy).
Question for the group here is: Has anyone come across a great aftermarket or custom fan/controller set up? Looking at parts prices online, It looks like a $3-4K fix for OEM controller and fan module. I'm hopeful that I can figure this out for a 'reasonable' price.

I'd done a little research on this and might get you started. The 2009+ fan pack is a lot cheaper than 2008 and prior. There's an Aston link lead to connect both of it's fan controllers to the engine bay harness. The problem is that the <2009 engine bay harness has two connectors for the older style fan controller. The Volvo Jaguar guys figured this out a while back and there is an adapter cable to combine the two connectors from the old engine bay harness to the new Aston link lead and fan pack.
I never conclusively figured out if the new fan pack would properly mount to the old radiator though. My fan controller sometimes runs full speed when I don't really think it should so I had looked at this proactively just in case.
