Rapide headliner removal

The headliner on my 2011 Rapide is sagging. I have repaired the one on my Vantage recently and was not very hard, just a few hours work. For the Rapide it’s different than the Vantage/DB9 as there are B pillar trims to deal with to be able to remove the side trims. I have the workshop manual and it’s waaay over the top stating that the windshield needs to be removed. The headliner is wide at the front and does not seem to fit through the rear hatch. I know the Rapide is different than the others, but being the same platform should be a similar procedure. The question here is if someone has done it and if so what steps can be skipped. For example, Steve states on the video that the dash panels don’t necessarily need to be removed, just unclipped and moved aside to lower the liner. So I am looking for tips like those to deal with not having to remove the windshield (which I sure as **** won’t do) and not having to remove the seats (as the workshop manual shows, it willing of necessary). Any help from the group will be appreciated.
