I've commissioned Forza to replicate the diamond turned wheels from my past V12S but in a 20" with 1/2" front and 1" rear offset (see below). Less cost than buying used and will keep the factory look but a better stance. The current wheels do look great, but a bit too aggressive and the larger than stock tire diameter worries me (was no issue on my V8).
Realistically, I don't expect the dealer to do the right thing, and I've lost enough sleep over this vs. going after the dealer losing more sleep. They have not responded to my concerns on the wheels, but I did write them that I switched the wheels with my V8 that's now for sale. Before I post on the Forza wheels, I'll wait to see how they look delivered in the flesh. I already have others that are interested in doing the same should they work out. Should the Forza wheels work, after selling my current wheel/tire set my cost will be not so much, and I'll have new tires.
Sorry to hear about your purchase experience. About the Sportshift, this may be much too simple, but do you know how new/healthy the battery is? May be worth checking it -- low voltage can cause very weird things to happen.
The battery is 3 years old. As an update, I put about 150 more miles on the car and the issue has not happened since. Fall 2026, I'll have an annual service done and likely do the door struts, new battery, and possibly the VelocityAP transaxle lines. I've done a full front Xpel, switched to DivinaTech tail lights from my V8, floor mats, and detail. No snow yet in Minneapolis so hopefully a week or two more driving.
