Audi dealer called me, they want to sell the R8 $25k over from MSRP $138k, I don't know what to do, few month ago they asked me to pay $40k over, I said NO way!...untill now couldn't sell the car, after few month car will be sold at sticker...
please give me any idea...

You have an F430. Why even consider the R8?
Personally, I wouldn't pay over MSRP for almost any car (sans Ferrari), let alone AUDI...
But the R8 is a nice ride.

 

Maybe offer them 5 large just because?

If you paid the premium to get a 65 over a 63, then you can take the R8 as a fun extra. Saw one on the hwy yesterday around 11PM and it looks so mean with the LED's.

Still, 20% over MSRP seems a little much to me.

 

The R8 is WAY-overpriced for the power you get. I would wait for the V10 model if I could afford one.

 

I hear that a lot. I guess if you're street or drag racing that's true, however I found the car to have enough power for me to lose my license many times over. I don't see what a V10 would do more for me. The car is extremely well balanced, the engine is superb and would be more than enough for me at a track event.

 

The V10 is not coming any time soon sir. I feel bad for anyone that paid over sticker for this car. We are selling ours at sticker

 

Its a true drivers car, that is probably the best supercar and daily driver at the same time. Its not all about power, its about balance, the feel, and quality!

 

Verone...is there an ETA for the V-10? My dealer said Sept. 2008? Accurate?... Thanks!
