PES 4.2 Supercharger...nearing completion

Hi Everyone,
Here is a taste of our upcoming supercharger system for the Audi 4.2L engines in the S4, A6, A8. Next will be the FSI 4.2L engines. The system will come in 2 stages. A low boost 5-6psi system non intercooled, and a 8-10psi system with a air/liquid intercooler built into the manifold. Pricing not yet set, however dont expect it to be too high. We expect to be delivering systems in late Jan/Feb and will be accepting pre-orders. The worldwide interest in this product has been enormous. Thanks to all of our your support! Please send me a PM with your e-mail address if you would like to be included in our newsletter.

The design of the 4.2 FSI systems will begin shortly. The FSI systems (S5,RS4,R8) will most likely be intercooled only at around 7psi. Nothing is 100% certain until we complete final development/testing. A 30%-40% increase in power can be expected with this type of system.
VF has posted in previous threads 5-6psi. We really dont follow other companies anyway. We do what we know works and is OEM quality.

The current M90, not the TVS. The M90 is a well tested very reliable unit. The TVS units will take some time to get into production and at these boost levels they are not much better than the current Eaton units.

Of course. At PES we design our own systems in house. We also do all of our own ECU tuning.
M Tech, we have a new M3 on order right now. Its gonna get the same treatment as the Audi 4.2's ;>)
