PSS9 or KW V3?

If given the choice, would you install PSS9's or KW V3's coilovers on your Audi and why? Also, anyone here use Lucent Motor's on your Audi? They did great work on my Porsche.

I have KW V1's on my A4 and they're great! If I'm not mistaken, V2's are comparable to PSS9's because they're adjustable for both height and compression. V3's also allow rebound adjustment, which PSS9's don't offer. I figure KW's engineers have already set the V1's for the best mix of performance and comfort, and I don't plan on adjusting anything other than height.

I think you need to check if you can get at the adjustment point once installed ...

I had V'3s on my B5 S4. I was a huge fan of them when it was time to throw the car into turns and twisties. However, they were a bit too tough on city streets and areas where the roads were in poor shape. I would recommend them to someone who mixes in a little track time with there driving, bit not to someone who lives in or near city streets.

Just put a set of KW v3 on Tonys SC'd S4 Im in love with them, the car just sticks to the road. Im getting a set for my self as soon as I get time to put them on. I think were installing a set of v3 HLS 2's on one of the R8's were supercharging.

Its a 20" yes but as for Q7, I don't think they are. There from "Sport Edition" inexpensive and strong, I like em.

Thumbs up

KW's all the way. I wouldn't even consider Bilsteins.

Depending on how crazy you want to go, there is something for everyone:

V1 - Mild
V2 - Mild/Aggressive
V3 - Aggresssive, but not as aggressive riding as the other "Aggressive" coilovers out there!

Interested to get your perspective on this. You carry both. Why do you say KW's over PSS9's or 10's? BTW, I just found out today from Bilstein that they do not make a PSS10 for the Audi S4 yet.

We do alot of KW and our cutomers are very happy with them. The adjustablility and the price if the deal breaker. Most popular KW are on e90/e92 M3. I like the KW best..

I do have Tein in my personal car.. but KW I like best

What about the new Street Comfort set from KW? That has to be the best option when just wanting to adjust the hight. Anyone tried these?

My buddy just got KW V3's on his RS4. He loves them - the car grips like no other. The guy that installed them also drilled a hole so they could be adujusted with the car on the ground. I don't know anyone with the Bilsteins so I can't say yes or no to those...
