Customer was very unhappy with the clear bra results from another company. Blisters, heavy stretch marks, dust, plagued the previous installation. He decided to bring the vehicle to us and have us remove the film and replace his partial application with our custom 1 pc full hood (precuts on the market are designed in 3 pcs due to roundness). Here are the results - ENJOY!

That hurts. Had mine done before I knew you guys existed. First run was a disaster. Came back and did a better job but still wished I came to you first.

 

And here are some pictures of the previous installation. This one was riddled with heavy orange peel, stretch marks, dimples, etc.

 

If you don't mind me asking, what went wrong? It does sound like your installer tried to do it again and make it right...so that's a good thing.

I'm getting my entire front end and full hood wrapped this weekend! From what I've seen at their shop, their work is amazing. I have 100% confidence in their work.

Well, the first time he came to my office and the work was a disaster. Peeled off at the corners on almost every piece two days later and the car wasn't even driven anywhere. Dust spots led to bubbles and there were I guess stretch marks. (I'm not sure, it's the areas where the overlay gets kind of spiderweb like look to it) Anyways he worked real real hard and came back after I complained and redid EVERYTHING. This time he worked real hard again and in a different garage. He kept the garage closed and dust free. This time it's better but not perfect. He used a precut this time. There are still a few dust particles and a few areas where it seems stretched. Tiny but I wanted it perfect. It's not perfect and was expensive. I feel bad because he really truly worked extremely hard to get it done and spent literally 12 hours on the thing. I think I should have brought it to his shop where I imagine it's dust free. Thing is, I had 2 other cars for him to do as well but won't use him again. If I had to do it over, I'd bring it to Premier. Heck, I'd go shopping or something while I waited but as I mentioned, I heard about you guys after he was done.

 

Sounds like it was quite an ordeal. At the same time, it is good to see that this installer tried his very best to satisfy you. We have seen other installers that do not even bother returning calls to their dissatisfied customers. It was also very nice of you to give him another chance though.
