Great car I really like the S tronic transmission. This car is no joke very smooth and fast.

Was looking at S5 too, but wanted the S tronic. I am in WNY suburb of Buffalo.

 

Yep she's getting the S Tronic, which I'm more than excited for. She is coming off her 535xi lease. Are you planning to mod it? A drop in filter sounds so nice on these cars. I can't wait till the S5 gets this engine, may consider trading up if I'm not over the car by then. Enjoy the car bro!

 

That's funny I just turned in a 6 speed manual 535xi that was leased. No mods on S4 it's a lease. Surprising how fast the S4 is. Will have you up to illegal speeds real quick without even noticing it.

Congrats. We just bought a new 2010 Audi Q5 w/ S-line and Prestige. I loved it sooo much I am ordering an S4 Traded the C63 in an have no remorse at all... The S4 is so refined. Enjoy the new ride in great health...

I'd put the drop in filter if I were you, I doubt the dealer would notice...plus it should only be a 5 minute switch. Ha ya, the S5 takes a considerable amount on the 535 from a roll, and obviously a stop, but I doubt that's gonna be the case when she gets this monster. I can't wait for her to get it, but I'm not looking forward to being beat in a race by my girlfriend ...guess we'll have to take it to the twisties

 

Yeah my dealership is very by the book. BTW- Not sure if a drop in filter would make as much of a difference on the V-6 as the V-8. What brand are you running? I give your GF credit for going for the S4. She is a real car chick-lol Unless of course you influenced her decision. haha

 

I don't have a drop in for the S5 as its not ver high on my mod list, but I will be going with the BMC one of these days. Yea I influenced her a lot, but the girl is definitely a car chick. Summer of 08' she did the advanced driving school at Spring Mountain in Nevada. She came back criticizing my apex's.....girls
