Nope, they are White and Black, 2 different cars.

Yes concave p40 drool! Thanks for the pics but correct me if I'm wrong but the black s4 has bronze p40 on these pics and not black like the above.

 

They are Satin Bronze in both pictures, just the way the photograph shot and edited the photos.
