Dyno of 2012 R8V10 w/Stasis tune, Tubi exhaust

Finally got a chance to dyno , I wish I had been able to get one done before Stasis ECU upgrade but from looking at stock dyno numbers of other R8 v10's I'm pretty happy with results. Temp was 96 but shop had some real powerful snail fans and we got some good air blowing in side vents
475 awhp
395 awtq.

Figure this would put me around 580 hp and 445 Torque? Pretty much right at the gains Stasis and APR claim

Good amount of power from a N/A car with only a tune. Congrats!

Thanks, the tuners are doing great things with this motor sine it has been detuned by Audi. Never had an N/A car before that saw anywhere near these gains from just a tune and exhaust

Dont APR and MRC claim over 600hp with those mods. Im sure theres a 610hp APR one floating around. Bet youre loving the Tubi!

This is the third car I have had a Tubi and love the sound. APR tune would be right where I am, I went with Stasis since it has a warranty that covers anything Audi could deny due to the tune. Had a 2009 R8 V8 that I put a Stasis supercharger on and the warranty is a huge plus and never had any issues.

that warranty might not exist anymore if they go under

Sure I have read the stories as I have been a long time Stasis customer, to me it seems more about a disgruntled ex employee. Business wise Stasis is stronger than ever and after having their products on my cars for a few years and never any warranty issues I feel comfortable. With Audi now on the look out for mods I think people are crazy to use anything else on a new car

I wouldnt be so confident in that, they are also being investigated for securities fraud aswell as embroiled in this scandal http://www.wvgazette.com/News/201208120051?page=1

Would be cool if you had done some performance testing on the car (quarter mile, pbox, pulls vs. other 5.2 V10 R8 etc.)

Dyno proves only one thing...that ink sticks to paper.

NIce gains. I agree with Saki though. We need real life testing.

My real life testing is driving, I have owned a R8 V8 which after a while I supercharged and then got the V10 and drove for a few thousand miles before tuning. Can feel the differences easily and since tuning my car feels much faster and pulls like crazy. Also I can look at the number testing by someone on an R8 forum I'm on with pretty much same types of mods as mine. he is very into that vbox testing and has shown great gains, for me though I will just stick with butt dyno

do you have a link to that? Would be interesting to see. Also is this tune you bought written by REVO? Or was it subcontracted to someone else (I don't think Stasis actually tunes)

p.s. didn't you used to have an RS4 cab? username looks familiar
