It's a beautiful car with an amazing sounding engine.

However, it's big, heavy, and lacks torque. I'd rather have a TT RS. But then again, I don't need a big, heavy coupe.

The RS5 is one of the best looking GT cars on the road today. The NA 4.2L is an absolutely amazing engine and the amount of technology is outstanding!! And the interior is best in class!! Yes it won't be as fast or handle as well as a P-car or its BMW counter part but if you aren't spending time on the track you aren't missing much. Go drive it, if you love it buy it, if not then don't. It's your money, your car, your choice. Good luck and enjoy your next beast!

You were already interested in it in the first place so if you like it then give it a shot.

Congrats the rs5 is a great car. You will have lots of fun with it. If you dont mind me asking, Did you finance or lease? The car is rare so it should hold its value. Maybe even as much as the rs4. Co worker looked at leasing one and they wanted 4,500 down. 1150 a month for 36months/12000 miles a year. Msrp was 79

I did not lease or finance. Asked about financing but rate is like 5.5
Audi had a 1.9 rate for some cars, but not the rs5.
Decided today to add the Nav system-pricey but has some advantages
